Aimee Benedict is a seasoned senior leader in the Information Technology industry, with over 24 years of experience in driving initiatives that create meaningful change. Aimee graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Information Technology, and works full-time as a Program Manager for a large consulting firm in the Washington D.C area. In this role, Aimee has spearheaded small and large efforts to bridge gaps in business process, technology, and business opportunities. Through these initiatives, Aimee has dedicated her professional career around her commitment to helping others and seeing them succeed. Aimee's leadership and vision have transformed the lives of countless individuals, empowering them to build brighter futures. Born and raised in a small town in Delaware, Aimee learned the value of community and generosity from an early age. Her upbringing always instilled in her belief that true happiness comes from giving back. Aimee began her journey as a volunteer with Flip Flop Friends in the year of inception in 2018, and had the privilege of traveling to Kenya to visit the community of Magunga Primary School in the village of Nyakach in 2024. Aimee's life is a testament to the power of compassion and the profound impact of selfless giving. Whether through her work, her volunteerism, or her everyday interactions, Aimee continues to inspire those around her to live with purpose and kindness.
